Here at the Ramada Encore Hotel we already recycle as much as we can. We have separate bins in our public areas and encourage our guests to help us recycle as much as possible. When we were approached by Eco Food Recycling I was slightly apprehensive as I was not sure I wanted yet another bin and another company to pick up rubbish.
A month into the scheme and I am very happy with my decision to try it. We have found our general waste has reduced and this has meant we have reduced the pickups going to landfill. It is amazing how much food is wasted in a food and beverage establishment!
